George Cook

George’s wife will tell you in a heartbeat, “The boy is passionate about three things; his family, building houses and golf, and he’s led a very fulfilling life mastering those things”, except maybe the golf!

What really makes George’s success unique is his love for building and making people happy.  After so many years in the industry, he really hasn’t lost any of his enthusiasm for what he does here.  Always calm, always collected, always well thought out…that’s George’s song and he lives by it.  People like George, and that goes a long way in this business.

Rick Bonner

Rick Bonner is an energetic, goal oriented guy who starts projects to finish them. Do it once and do it right is the only way to go. You’ll find him in the office early, with a plan for the day and well beyond, and he appreciates the architectural character of a home and knows that it’s the client’s desires he aims to fulfill.

Rick is a Charleston native who attended school on James Island and graduated from The Citadel with a business degree in 1980. His wife, Susan, of almost 35 years has kept him from making numerous mistakes and repaired some he has made. They have two grown children and one fantastic grand son who will likely have no shortage of fishing tackle. As hobbies, he enjoys hunting, fishing, has an active yoga practice, and is learning to play the guitar.

David Ebeling

Isle of Palms, born and raised; just ask him.  His feet heavily planted in Charleston, David grew up an Island boy and his calm demeanor and thoughtful consideration are fully reflected in his everyday life.  He claims that his kids raise him, not the other way around.  “They’ve taught me to be patient, to be understanding, and with three very different personalities, they’ve made me a more adaptive teacher; I’m a better person because of them “.

As a principal with the company, he is very meticulous and careful in the way that projects develop; from the initial interview down to the logistics of project management.  Unwavering courtesy, politeness and his common sense approach to interaction with clients are what elevate the level of service that David offers our projects.  Creativity and innovation keep him motivated to search out new ideas and concepts that reach to the ever changing audience that we cater to.
